Sonny Samuel

Mr. Sonny Samuel is an Indonesian citizen, aged 50 years old. He has 30 years of working experience in the banking industry, especially in the treasury area. He joined UOB Indonesia in 2018 and currently serves as Head of Global Markets.
Prior to joining UOB Indonesia, he served as Head of Global Markets ANZ Indonesia. He started his career at Deutsche Bank AG as Treasury Dealer, afterwards, he joined as Head of Treasury Marketing Bank of America Corporation, Associate Director at Bank Barclays Indonesia, Head of Sales and Marketing & Team Leader at Standard Chartered Bank. Subsequently, he served as Treasury Director di The Royal Bank of Scotland, Treasury Director Rabobank International Indonesia, and Head of Global Marketing Bank CIMB Niaga.
He holds a Master of Strategic Management degree from BINUS Business School, Jakarta.
